Owners are to pay for all travel related expenses for crew to get to vessel and to return home after vessel delivery. May include air fare, rental cars, taxis, and lodging. If crew is able to drive their vehicle a Milage fee of $.50 per mile will be charged. Charges will be discussed and approved by owner prior to commitment.
Owner to pay all boat related expenses including fuel, transit dockage, electricity, pumpouts, and any needed maintenance or repairs incurred during trip.
Owner is required to notify vessels insurance carrier of delivery, and have Captain added as additional insured. Captain will provide resume for insurance carrier upon request.
Owner is to have vessel in ready condition for the trip with all required maintenance and any needed repairs completed. Captain will inspect vessel upon arrival to be satisfied that all equipment needed, safety equipment, supplies are aboard and vessel is ready for trip. Crew will fuel boat, check lubricants, pumpout holding tank and fill water tanks if needed before departure.
Owner is to provide a credit card for use of boat expenses during trip.
Owner is to arrange for dockage to be available for vessel upon arrival at destination.
