CAPTAIN PARKER CREECH

My love of boating began as a boy spending weekends on the water with my father. Starting with an outboard runabout, my father moved up to a small cruiser, then a 40 foot motoryacht when I was fourteen. As an adult, I have enjoyed owning both power and sailboats, from a 13’ Boston Whaler to a 30’ sailing sloop to a 48’ Motoryacht and many more. Our Family is currently enjoying leisure time aboard our 43’Hatteras Motoryacht “SEA CREECHER”. If entrusted to operate your vessel, my pledge is to treat it with respect, as I would my own, and make operational decisions that lead to a safe and successful voyage.”

UPV Operator – of Uninspected Passenger Vessels as Defined in 46 U.S.C. 2101 (42)(B) Upon Near Coastal Waters Not More than 100 Miles Offshore.  Issued 23 March 2016 – Expires 23 March 2021.  Document Number USA 97083, Type PG, Reference Number 2249940.   Have held license
continuously since 1995.  Passed course to upgrade license to Masters 100 ton July 2013, and met all necessary experience criteria October 2013 and Masters 100 ton with Commercial Assistance Towing issued 1/15/2014.  TWIC Card– Expires 10/22/2020

Lifetime boater and sport fisherman.  Owned and operated succession of sport fishing, sailboats and motor yachts.  ICWW and offshore experience NY-FLA, and Bahamas
